4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, timely fulfillment of orders, and compliance with all applicable laws. Sellers must not list prohibited items or engage in fraudulent activities. KabulPlaza reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay for all purchases made through their account. Buyers must not engage in fraudulent transactions or attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system.
6. Fees and Payments
KabulPlaza charges commission fees on sales as outlined in your selected pricing plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on KabulPlaza, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KabulPlaza or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to KabulPlaza, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating the platform.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) violate any laws or regulations, (b) infringe upon the rights of others, (c) transmit viruses or malicious code, (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, or (f) engage in any fraudulent activities.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimers
KabulPlaza is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers.
12. Limitation of Liability
KabulPlaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of KabulPlaza after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
